There is a simple lesson I have thought my kids through the years, and they’ve even come to say that same message to me from time to time, as a good reminder. In all that you plan to do you must Analyze, Scrutinize and then Realize.
Analyze means you need to gather all the facts about what it is you are trying to carry out. The facts are not all that clear because everyone has opinions and more times than not, how we feel and not what we’ve experienced. Feelings are not facts.. Experiences will give you flesh examples of what happened to others and better yet, how they managed to make the changes necessary to improve their chances for success. I have always taken the time to listen to the words of experience. I believe it was Henry Ford who went bankrupt four times before becoming successful in the automotive industry.
To Scrutinize means to first gather and then check all the information and start the categorizing process. Use the Pros and Cons list to help you make sense of the information. Only then will you be able to make the best decision you can and Realize the benefits available to you.
Remember Analyze, Scrutinize and Realize improves your chances for success…

You can’t work your business without the proper tools and the most important tool is a computer. A net book is one of the smallest computers around with a 10″ diagonal screen and a full size keyboard. It is very light and easy to carry around with you all day long.
Though not my primary computer, the net book is perfect for mobile operations. Some models have a web cam and microphone which makes it great for self photos and audio-visual communications using a free application such as Skype from http://www.skype.com . Since you have a microphone with the web cam you can use a free application from Audacity (http://audacity.sourceforge.net/) to turn your net book into an audio recorder.
Storage capacity for your files is usually static RAM (Random Accessed Memory) or a hard drive and the RAM at about one gigabits. Other items included on a net book are an Ethernet adapter, USB ports, microphone and earphone jacks, battery, and a VGA connector. A CD/DVD player is usually not included with a Net Book.
I recently purchased a net book that included the features above but with a battery life of up to 11 hours. It also included a VGA connector that would allow me to connect to an external monitor or a presentation projector ( key for business applications). Manufactured by Toshiba, model number NB305.
